The Hostel Cervelo Madrid is located at the heart of historic and artistic Madrid. The location in the historic center could not be better. The Prado Art Museum, is only four blocks away. The Thyssen Art Collection and the Reina Sofía Modern Art Museum are easily reached by foot. These three museums are closely located in what is called the Avenue of Art; the hostel is in the center of this special district, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Retiro Park.

HOW TO GET US FROM MADRID AIRPORT.
When you arrive at Barajas Airport there are a number of ways to get the Hostal into the centre of the city:

TAXI: From the airport to the Hostal should cost around 20-25 €. Most taxi drivers are honest but occasionally they ask tourists for too much money. The fare from the airport should be indicated on a sign inside the taxi, so if in doubt ask them to show you the sign. Don´t forget that, all Tax and extra charges ( Airport Tax, luggages,... etc. )  will be indicated at the back window.  

METRO: The metro ticket costs around 1.20 €. The station is in Terminal 2. On the Metro map you will see that you need to change twice to arrive at Antón Martín on Line 1 (Blue Line), way out " Plaza Antón Martín " – this station is only a few minutes walk from the Hostal Cervelo.
